Serves 10-12
Ingredients:
2. Add dates and mix well until combined.
3. Scoop the mixture out using a tablespoon, roll between your hands forming a round ball.
4. If choosing toppings, roll the formed balls into the toppings of choice until completely covered.
5. Place Raw Chocolate "Timbits" in the fridge for at least 2 hours to harden. OR if you are impatient like me, place them in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
6. These will keep in the fridge for a couple of days, but good luck keeping them that long!

- 1 rounded tbsp. almond butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp carob powder
- 1 tbsp coco powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 5 dates, pitted and chopped (I use Medjool)
- unsweetened coconut to top (optional)
- chopped almonds to top (optional)
